Security notice - read before you submit
Your ER:LC API key grants powerful access to your private server, including reading all server data and player activity. Never share this key outside of this domain. On Gatherly it is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, stored in an isolated environment that no staff member or third party can read, and used only to pull statistics during your event window. Gatherly never sends commands to your server. This is governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
ER:LC API safety update
ER:LC now supports a new authorization flow. Gatherly operates under a registered global API key, which identifies our service on the ER:LC API Dashboard, so you can verify exactly what is accessing your server. Gatherly is read-only: we never send remote commands, so no command authorization link is required. Depending on your private server settings your server runs 40 or 50 slots, and reports read the true value from your server so capacity numbers are never guessed. If ER:LC prompts you to review connected apps before the safety deadline, Gatherly will appear under its registered service name.
Report delivery
Reports always render in your dashboard. They can also reach you on Discord.
Notification preferences
Occasional Discord DMs from the Gatherly bot about product updates and changes, separate from your event reports above.
Roblox account
Link your Roblox account to enable Solo RP tracking, server following, and your Gatherly Resume. We use Bloxlink to auto-detect your account, or you can verify manually via a code in your profile bio.
Privacy notice
Gatherly reads your Roblox user ID and username only. We never access your Roblox account credentials, inventory, trades, or payment information. Your Roblox ID is stored encrypted and linked only to your Discord session. It is used solely to record gameplay sessions in Gatherly-integrated servers and generate your Solo RP profile. You can unlink at any time. This is governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
